This seemed to be the big story for the first couple of years of social networks but I think everyone has improved the safety.  I especially think Dateline had an impact.  The funny thing is that most problems have been with American Online's IM but it never gets mentioned.

I think the government should completely rethink the bailout.  Here is what I propose.

Give vouchers to the taxpayers that could only be used to pay mortgages, credit cards or auto payments..  You could give a $2000 voucher to those who filed a return but didn’t pay taxes. That would only costs $80 billion leaving $600 billion to give to the people who paid taxes. Averaging $6000 per tax payer.

Tell me this wouldn’t solve the problem.
